This week has been another fruitful week, both in NP & SP ministry.

During service, NP brought a visitor named 'Lisa' who was a backslider. She is also a fresh NP year 1 student. During alter call, she has decided to cross the line of faith once again. Remember we only start off with only 6 NP students in this pioneering team, now we are around 9 in just one month. God job, NP! God sees our patience, faith & desire.. Let's break 15 this x'mas for Christ!!

SP agape event was a success too, seeing 16 high & medium responsive visitors joining us. One SP bro, Ryan brought 9 friends to join us for this event, all the visitors who came enjoyed themselves greatly & able to blend well with our community. Nevertheless, SP managed to bring 2 visitors for service too. Thanks Jolene for organising this wonderful event. 2 thumbs up, SP! Let's break 40 this x'mas for Christ!!

Yesterday morning when I woke up, I received a few missed calls, it was from one of the CL in my previous sub-district. I've visited his dad in hospital a few times earlier in the week. I sensed something must have happened to his dad & I immediately called back, but couldn't get to him. So I called up another bro to find out what happened. He told me that my ex-CL's dad passed away early in the morning. I was quite shock & sad to hear the news.

After settling my quiet time & some work stuff in the morning, I went to attend the funeral to visit him. His family were emotional over the loss of their beloved one. In the midst of shock & sadness, I thank God for 2 things. 1st, I thanks God that his dad received Christ 2 weeks ago & now he is with God for eternity. 2nd, I thanks God for this bro who shown great maturity at a young age when facing tough & difficult situation like this.

Most importantly, I want to give thanks to God for all happenings this week. God has proved Himself awesome & almighty in the midst of our tough times. Though I made many mistakes, but God never fails me, instead continuously renew, empower & bless me.

Lord, I don't deserve your grace, but your grace is always sufficient for me. I'll learn & grow from my mistakes. I'll rely on You. Thank You!! :-)

It's been quite a while since I last blogged. Past few weeks was really busy with work & ministry, lot of things to think about as well, therefore now feeling pretty tired physically & mentally.

But still.. no matter how busy we are, our relationship with God should always remain strong. Inwardly, I'm still pretty excited for God, really hope to see Him work greatly in my ministry, family & work. I sense the presence of God working strongly in my life. Praise be to God!

Today is my sabbath, want to make full use of my time with Him. A date with Jesus! woohoo.. Thanks Lord for our convenants together. :-)

My Prayer:
Lord, may Your grace be upon those who want to serve You wholeheartedly. Give us courage, wisdom & anointing, as we are gonna serve You in the frontline. Help us to be a great testimony of You, as we want to lift Your Name on high. Lead us to breakthroughs & victories, as Your grace is with us.

Its raining quite heavily now, weather for this few days have been weird, someday can be really hot & someday can rain very heavily. I remembered I've been waken twice by the rain in the middle of the night last week.

Tomorrow is Hari Raya Puasa, also a day when I can spend time with some of my sheeps! Look forward in meeting them. :-)

I'm finally back blogging! Feel really good to blog again. Lol..

Had a enjoyable weekend! Get to spend time with my family & relatives on Sat evening, as it was my grandfather's 80th bday, we went for ala carte buffet. The food was "really really really delicious". Ha! I sound so excited! Well.. I truly enjoyed my meal & the time i spent with my family & relatives.

Met Choon Yam on Sun evening & went to a few places. 1st we went to starbucks @ cathey to drink & chat, 2nd to hotpot culture @ marina square to have dinner (oh no.. I need to exercise, as I've eaten too much for the past two days), 3rd to have a glimpse of F1 racing (the F1 cars are just so fast that I couldn't even identify their colours), lastly went to topman to shop around for my service leading clothing.

Nevertheless, I had a fruitful personal time with God, as I was reading John on the NKJV & get to learn something from Jesus's life. Despite of knowing what He had to go through, he stood firm & continue to live out God's will in His life even till death. Sometimes I ask myself what if I were to go through exactly what Jesus went through. How will I react? Am I willing to leave everything, take up the cross & follow Jesus?

Your grace is sufficient for me & I'm willing to step out in faith to follow You. You continually gives me courage to face my fears; wisdom to solve problems; & faith to see breakthroughs. I truly appreciate You & gonna give my excellent for You, Lord! :-)

Thanks for the guidance & assurance for the past few weeks, it has been a really tough battle for me, but finally I got over many things recently & able to move on now. I have entrusted all my burdens & problems to You, and now there is a sense of release & seem like nothing is bothering me right now. Now I know I can really give my very best to serve You! ;-)

My burden to fulfill the Great Commission is still ongoing & burning in me non-stop, I want to do it & see it come to pass in my lifetime. Truthfully I still lack a lot to reach there, but I know I'm growing in You continually. Here I am, use me!!

I'm back!! Had a marvelous & fruitful LC in Hong Kong. Now that I am fully refreshed, renewed & recharged; gonna be unstoppable & unbreakable, as I choose You Lord!!

I learnt a lot thru this LC, as it helps me to make clear of my direction & understanding. I get to learn thru people I mix with as well; those that are of more professional adults, international pastors & delegates. The sharing of their experiences & cultures have helped me widen my perspective; I truly felt so blessed during this LC, as I know I'm learning & growing continually.

Mission & male leadership have always been a burden in my heart. I'm working my way to be both a mobilizer & a goer in these 7 years, as I believe in God's promises & gonna claim on to it tightly. I know God has called men to take up the role of leadership, as this is one calling God has given me since I started off as CL. I've seen how our men ministry grow in tertiary for the past 6 yrs & I believe there are still more to come in the next few yrs; we shall see more charismatic & strong male leaders rising up soon!! ;-)

A new month a new chapter.. Time to look forward & move on. In the previous chapter, God has put me in a real tough test, but I know He want to stretch me for my growth. Thks Lord! Well.. now I'm wonder what's next? Lol.. No matter what, I'm gonna trust in You, Lord!!

Going to LC this Thu, I'm so excited because I know it's time for renewal, refreshing & recharge. Cool! Taking a break off my work & going overseas to chill, that's what most working professional will dream of having right now. For me, other than enjoying myself, I want to be spiritually recharged, so I can run my engine with full tank back in S'pore. I'll be on fire!! Lol..

Thanks CY, Jas & Nel for you have helped & encouraged me endlessly in my previous chapter. I truly appreciate all of you!

I slept alot today, feel physically tired after a long week, got so much (work, ministry, people, etc) to think about until I recently spotted grey hair. Oh no.. I got to slow down, if not before I reach 30, my head will be filled with greys! Lol..

God is indeed gd.. He has really been blessing my team abundantly; we have been seeing conversions taking place week after week. Ytd, we have another convert from NS group. I'm so glad.. Thks Lord!! I remembered I gave this phosphesy during prayer meet with my leaders & sub-district 2 mths ago that God is gonna soften the land of SP campus & NS camps, and open the heart of the people to respond to Him. It is happening right now!!

"7 years of abundants is gonna come to pass!" Whether I will go thru this 7yrs of my life as a single or married, in local or overseas, I gonna live it out for You, Lord! You are the One worth spending my life for.

Lord, You are indeed my loving, faithful & gracious God! I struggled & You guide me. I failed, yet you never fail. I teared & You are with me. Thanks Lord for everything!! :-)

Despite of going thru a tough & long week, I know God is always gd!! No doubt whenever I'm in my lowest peak of my life, He never fails to be with me & guide me thru. I struggled, yet His grace never fails me. Nevertheless, His unconditional love & blessings has filled my life endlessly!

These are some of the blessings over the weekend:
1) Got an early confirmation for my work
2) Converts from both T-NS & SP
3) Won hope premier league after 8 long month of competition

Well.. what more can I say. God's grace is truly sufficient for every of our life! ;-)

God Never Fails..

Had a great night with TP bizart grp & some NS bro @ Irish pub. I like the ambiene; enjoyed the music & beer; had fun with my bro & sis. In fact, its really a gd place to chill out. We played 7up, obviously I'm quite lousy at it, kept on losing. Ha!

We had 2 new friends joining for service. Richard brought his NS bunkmate Edison; Ben brought his ex poly friend Ethan. Edison is looking for a church to settle down & he likes our church; he will be coming to our service next wk. Ethan is pretty open to God, but he wants to be convinced that he need Christ in his life; Lord, I pray You will show Yourselves real in his life this coming wk & he will know you & accept you soon. Well done, Richard & Ben! God will definately bless both of you as you continue to walk in His way.

Abi & Tim led us well in P&W; your efforts in rehearsal have finally paid off. Jas & Liyan preached well during the sermon. Gd job, sis! Liyan, you have improved a lot more compare to your previous preaching. I believe you are really walking strong in God. Keep up the gd work & continue to improve from where you are now.. Jiayou!! :-)

Great Weekend

Past weekend has been really great! NS group has 1 convert, praise God!! Team Evo is going to final after winning in the semi-final.. Woohoo!!! (It was really a tough match; we have fought hard together!!) Well.. things to improve for next match, no more cramps.. Lol!!

Lord, You are really gd!! Wanna to take this time to praise You for the fruits in SP recently. SP3 has been fruitful, seeing a few cross the line of faith, we gonna see revival in the SP guys ministry. Kiu, you have been faithful in seeing Jorghi conversion come to pass, well done!! Nevertheless, SP2 did well too.. seeing Shihui retained & growing well in the Lord; that's not all, she starburst recently & brought Shiya to know Christ as well! Well done, sis.. you did well!! Randall, Baorun & Jorris (The Charlie's Angels, Lol..), you all have worked hard & done well, keep up the gd work! :-)

Gd job, Rit & Jer!! Both your units have seen fruits recently too! Let's continue to keep this momentum going, we shall move to 100 for KOG!! :-)

I'm back! Its been 5 days since I last blogged, the past few days have been great! I enjoyed myself with my close friends & colleagues; spending quality time together.

Last night, I went to KK hospital with my boss & a few of my colleagues to visit one of my colleagues whose wife has just given birth to their newborn son. The infant was very tiny & adorable. Ha!! It was definately one of my colleagues most excited & joyful days in his life (Even though he know he will have to make lots of changes & adjustments to his life in times ahead.). I guess I'll be feeling the same if I have a newborn too. Err.. why am I thinking so far, its still quite far off. Ha!! Well.. actually nothing wrong with thinking abt that! Lol..

Met up with Abi last Sun, the meet up was gd. We enjoyed gd food, movie & talks with one another. Most importantly, I truly enjoy & appreciate our friendship together. Thanks Abi for everything!! We shall continue to grow in Christ together! :-)

Decision Making

This wk has been fruitful; catch up with people who have wider my perspective in certain aspect, helping me in my decision making.

In this 2 wks, I got to make a few decisions which I know will affect my people, ministry & career, therefore I got to take some time to sit down & think thru them carefully. Meanwhile, I'll have to weigh out all the factors, finding out the pros & cons, so that I know clearly whichever decision I make is gonna be of a greater impact & benefit to the KOG. Well.. I'm gonna pray about it too, as this decision is for the KOG & need God's intervention. I'm still open to all options & feedbacks, as I want to make the right & biblical decisions.

Lord, You shall be in the center of my decision making! :-)

Promise Land

I juz realise this morning that I didn't write any entry ytd. Oop.. Ha! Anw, was busy with other stuffs & chatting with ppl, so today I shall write then. Let me think, what should I blog today??

Somehow my heart is filled with lots of burden. Let me take some time to pray.. Lord, I do feel a lot for my beloved bro & sis in SP. I sense in my heart something is lacking in this campus, hindering this campus to grow to its fullest potential. Nevertheless, I trust You are gonna bring us out of where we are now & into the promise land real soon.

In the next few months, we will see more new leaders rise up especially guys; at the same time we gonna see SP break 30 & heading towards 4o. In times to come, SP is gonna move to 50, 100, 200, 400, 800, 1600, .......!!! I may not be able to step into the promise land (juz like Moses didn't make it as well), but I trust in my heart SP will reach there (When Joshua led the Israelites into the promises of God). Cool! :-)

Mornin; Attended coordination meeting, need to make some changes to the drawings again.. Ha! Afternoon; rush out my paperwork. Now finally have completed what I wanna do today. Great!! Gonna settle other matters for my work tml..

Later when I go back home, plan to spend some quality time with God & family. Its been quite a while since I really spend time with my family. During the weekdays last wk, everytime I step into my house, the light was off & my family members were all back to their room. Moreover, I was drained after work & meeting up with people.

Took some time to pray for my sheeps (Ritchie, Jeremiah, Joel, Karchun & Kok Leng). Lord, may you bless them to be strong male leaders to be greatly anointed by You; just like how you have called Moses, Joshua, David, Peter & Paul to serve You. Help them to be a great influence in ministry & campus/NS. Holy Spirit, empower them greatly!!

I know I got to learn to slow down at times & take care of my health. If not, I'm gonna fall sick sooner or later. Right now as I writing this entry, I'm actually having a bit of flu. God, pls heal me!!

Dear friend, thks for always reminding me to take care of my health, I truly appreciate your concern. I'll definately do my best to keep myself healthy, so as I can serve more effectively in ministry & perform well in marketplace. I pray that you'll be healed too.. God is gonna take care of you. My prayer: God, You see the heart of these children of Yours, as they've made the decision to live their lives for You. Continue to help them grow in their r/s with you & spiritual maturity. I'm gonna pray very hard that You will use them to shine for Your kingdom, as they will be a testimony to many out there in the land of SP. Amen!! :-)

Today is Sat, well you can say is my favourite day, as Sat is a day where I can catch up with lots of ppl & hang out late with ppl especially when I'm working nowadays. Another reason is because my love language is time, so I really feel love when I can spend time with ppl. Hmm... To all my dear friends, you should know what to do next time to love me right. Lol..

I enjoy blogging. Even when I'm tired, but I juz couldn't stop myself from writing in entry. Lol.. It's also one of the way to allow me to express myself, my thoughts & my emotion. I believe blogging can also be a powerful communication tool to encourage & reach out to ppl as well, so I shall continue to write my entries regularly. Cool!

Gonna hangout with RDMM for chillout & movie tonight.. excited! Lol.. Has been quite a while since I watch movie, my last one was with Choon Yam; we watch kungfu panda which I watch twice (the 1st one I watch with RDMM I slept almost throughout. Too tired after a long long day.) Overall the movie was excellence!! Thks CY for watching it with me again on your 2nd time. Lol.. :-)

I pray for Ps Jeff that he will continueously be anointed by You, as he leads us into this new quarter. I can sense God is gonna use our church greatly & bring us to a new heights real soon, therefore we should all anticipate what is to come in the next few months. Jiayou, fellow Christ followers!!

Though the learning process was tough, but I got to really give thanks to Him. He has always been faithful & loving towards me; helping me to grow out of my weakness into strength. He placed people in my life & help me to know there are lots of areas that I can grow in.

Self Control

Working from site office today; got some paperwork to clear & also spent some time to study for tomorrow exam. Lots of things in mind now; need to sort out my thoughts & see things in a clearer picture.

Somehow I was frustrated over some things that happened today; which I know I shouldn't be angry. By being angry, it doesn't solve problems, but only bring more problems when I react to it. Over this yrs, I've been more self controlled (tamed in heart) by learning to cool down & see thing in a clearer picture. It's definately thru the WOG that I learn to do so.

My Prayer: Thanks Lord for Your word, It has definately guide me thru the tough seasons of my life. Help me to be slow to react & quick to listen. I want to be calm in solving problems & not allow emotion to run wild (Though it's not easy if emotion is getting wild). Help me grow in this area more, Lord! :-)

Personal Reflection

As I took some time to reflect abt my life, I realised there are lots of areas that I can grow & improve in, so as I can be a more effective leader in ministry, a salt & light in marketplace & at home. I know God is still moulding me within, so I can be more like him & less myself. At times, I got to admit I lack courage in doing certain things; lack wisdom in solving certain problems & lack of faith to believe in signs & wonders to happen.

Nevertheless, God is good & He is faithful. He never fails me nor forsake me, yet continue to love me unconditionally & guide me thru in my life. Since those days before I came to know Christ until now, God has indeed blessed me & helped me to grow tremendously. Sometimes I do wonder how did I get the wisdom to solve problems; the faith to believe in tough circumstances & the courage to do things I fear. I know it is definately from You, Father!

My Prayer:
Father, help me to grow & be more like You & less myself. You must be greater & I must be lesser. Continue to give me anointing, wisdom, courage & faith, so I can be a more effective spiritual leader that not juz influence & minister in ministry, but shine & influence in marketplace & at home for Your kingdom too. I'll learn to be patient, as I know I'm still work in progress. Here I am; mould me, Lord! :-)

It's been quite a while since I have a gd long chat with Jas; we shared lots of stuffs. I enjoyed my time with her, as she has been a gd leader & friend to me. Had been a long day for her yesterday; preaching in 3 services & leading CLM. Though its been tiring throughout, I could see her spirit remains strong & zealous for God. She has great vision & always wanting to do greater things for God. No doubt, She is a true loyal & faithful servant of Christ!

Trusting God

Last night was wonderful, had a great bday celebration for both Joel & Abi. Believe they were very satisfied customers, as they enjoyed delicious food & gd gifts. Hmm.. for my bday next yr, you both should know what to do right. Lol..

I always look forward to Sat, as it's a day where I can spend time with my fellow bro & sis. I do enjoy fellowship lots. Ha! Today I have a few agendas to work on, as I'm focusing on harvest & maturity with my team this month. I know there are lots of obstacles & challenges ahead, but I'll take heart, as Christ has overcomed the world. I can sense victory & breakthrough is gonna come any time. Awesome!

My Prayer: Lord, give me wisdom, courage & anointing to do Your work & accomplish goals! I realised I do have lots of limitation on my own; but as I learn to rely on You fully, You've never fail me but bless me abundently. Thanks Lord! Pls work thru T-NS & SP in a great way; help T-NS to break 60 & SP to break 30 this month. May Your will be done & I'm sure it shall be done. Amen! :-)

Joel, you have been a gd friend & a loyal brother in Christ. I treasured & enjoyed on those times we meet up. I thank God for giving me the chances thru all these meet up to know you better. Despite of your irregular schedule due to attachment, you have shown determination & persistent in your service to the Lord. Recently, God blessed you in your ministry & your unit has been fruitful. Abi, you has always been a special friend to me. I enjoyed your presence in my life & you never fail to spice up my life whether it's for good or BAD. Lol... In fact, I feel comfortable with you. Nevertheless, you've helped me learnt & grown a lot through all these while knowing you. I truthfully thank God for placing you in my life after reflecting what we've gone thru so far. Well.. Juz entered into my 1st job for 1 month, time flies & I've learned a lot thru different people with different experiences. The working environment has been good; & I enjoyed working with my bosses, colleagues & many others. Thank God for He has placed me in the right career & I can see great prospect ahead. Most importantly, I want to be a salt & light in marketplace, influencing lots of people for KOG.

My Prayer: God, I need your blessing & anointing; as You has promised that You will make those who follow You wholeheartedly the head & not the tail. I know from where I am now to where I want to reach is still a long long way off, but I'll choose to follow You & trust in You fully. I believe winning marketplace can impact the KOG greatly as well as playing a great part in fulfilling the Great Commission. Thanks Lord. Amen! :-)

My Brand New Blog

My brand new personal blog has finally arrived. Clap clap! Ha! I've been saying I want to create a blog since years ago & now it finally come to pass. Lol... has been a long long procastination for me in doing so. Well.. I got to discipline myself in updating this blog. In fact I pray that this blog will be a blessing to many, as well as for those who don't really know me, they can know me better thru this blog too. I really can't wait to add in more entries in the future.

Last night had a wonderful time with Len, Jas, Abi & LY. We celebrated Len's 25th bday (Oop I juz revealed his age. Lol..); enjoyed live music, delicious cuisine & most importantly fellowship. Happy bday Len.. we 'have been', 'are' & 'will always be' gd buddies! Thks for your encouragements & friendship throughout these years in my life even till now, appreciate you greatly!

Abi's bday is coming, gonna sabo her. Well.. let me think, actually can make her go up on stage to sing & dance. Lol.. I can imagine how she is gonna respond; she will definately kill me. Ha! I look forward for this celebration. A few close friends will be joining the celebration as well; I believe all of us will have a great time together. Cool!

Thanks Choon Yam, Jas & Nel for being there for me while I was facing tough time. Your love, encouragements & listening ears have helped me tremendously, appreciate all of you greatly! I look forward to meet all of you soon.
